Rafael is an Education Program Associate, coordinating workshops, staff trips, and program outreach in northeastern and mid-Atlantic states and assisting with the World of 7 Billion student video contest. He comes to PopEd after serving as a Trainer with the Posse Foundation, offering support to students in their matriculation from high school through college and into their professional careers. He has also organized and led experiential education programs through Heifer International. Raf is from Washington D.C. and enjoys spending time volunteering at his local community garden, practicing photography, and playing recreational soccer.
