- Participate effectively and respectfully in group discussion.
- Make connections between their personal decisions and broader trends and challenges.
- Verbally describe their opinions on scenarios relating to environmental topics.
- Distinguish between “should” and “would,” and practice when to use them in context.
- Use new vocabulary words in appropriate contexts.
- Respond to classmates’ stated opinions in their own words.
