Students will be able to:
  • Determine what they would do in various situations that pose environmental dilemmas.
  • Participate effectively and respectfully in group discussion.
  • Make connections between their personal decisions and broader trends and challenges.
  • Verbally describe their opinions on scenarios relating to environmental topics.
  • Distinguish between “should” and “would,” and practice when to use them in context.
  • Use new vocabulary words in appropriate contexts.
  • Respond to classmates’ stated opinions in their own words.
