Teaching Global Connections Across the Curriculum
Teaching about global connections is a vast undertaking. You might cover topics like the movement of people and cultures, drivers of international trade, or the complex environmental challenges that bind us all. A key piece of the C3 Framework, NCSS standards, and NGSS, global connections provide our students with an opportunity for whole systems thinking and authentic problem solving.
This webinar covers scalable lessons for grades 6-12 that have a variety of global connections and provide specific strategies for implementation. Many of the activities covered are ready-to-go for virtual or blended classrooms as well as traditional in-person meetings.
