Resource Overview

Through guided imagery, students compare their energy use with that of a Native American in the past and then determine easy ways to conserve energy in their homes and schools.

Students will be able to:
  • Examine individual energy use.
  • Evaluate the reasons we use more energy today than in the past.
  • Explain how energy conservation activities can be beneficial to the environment.
  • Determine ways to individually conserve energy at home and at school.
